Instant Pot Chicken Taco

Crockpot Chicken tacos are one of my favorite! I received a instant pot for Christmas, and thought I would try one of my favorites. It turned out amazing! and now I know if I forget to start the crockpot I can still make this household favorite. 

Servings

 

Ready In:

20 Minutes

Ingredients
  • Chicken Breasts
  • 1 Cup Salsa
  • 1 Can Corn
  • 1 Can Black Beans
  • 1 Tbsp Taco Seasoning
  • 1/2 Cup Water

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1

Place all ingredients in the instant pot

Step 2

Place the lid on and make sure the nob is set to sealing

Step 3

Click the Manual button and set to 15 Minutes

Step 4

Do the quick release to release the pressure

Step 5

Remove Chicken and shred

Step 6

Return the chicken to the instant pot, and stir. 

Enjoy on a bed of rice, in taco shell of choice, or lettuce wrap
