Perfect Hard Boiled Eggs

Hard-boiled eggs are a must in my house! We eat them daily for breakfast. They can be tricky to make, to get them just right when peeling. My husband’s co-worker let us in on this secret! This is the best way to make them, so they are perfect peel every time!

Ingredients

  • Dozen Eggs

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1

Boil a large pot of water

Step 2

Once water boils, add dozen eggs, set timer for 13 minutes

Step 3

Once the timer goes off, fill a bowl big enough to fit all eggs with ice. Place eggs in ice and then fill with cold water

Step 4

Let eggs cool in ice bath about 10 minutes. Take out, and refrigerate.

Making hard boiled eggs, and getting them to peel perfect everytime can be tricky, here is the hack I have learned.

  • Large Mixing Bowl

Instructions

  • Boil a large pot of water
  • Once the water boils, add a dozen eggs, set the timer for 13 minutes
