The Perfect Hard-Boiled Egg
Making hard boiled eggs, and getting them to peel perfect everytime can be tricky, here is the hack I have learned.
Servings: 1 Dozen
- 1 Dozen Eggs
- Ice Cubes
- Large Mixing Bowl
Boil a large pot of water
Once the water boils, add a dozen eggs, set the timer for 13 minutes
Once the timer goes off, fill a bowl big enough to fit all eggs with ice. Place eggs in ice and then fill with cold water
Let eggs cool in ice bath about 10 minutes. Take out, and refrigerate.
